Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0
2.Extract hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpb8500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 and press Enter.
