Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0
2.Extract hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpc4500t.dll 0.3.7033.0 and press Enter.
