Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpf3lw73.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpf3lw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpf3lw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpf3lw73.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpf3lw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpf3lw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
