Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpfllw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
