Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpfprw73.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpfprw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpfprw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpfprw73.dll 0.3.7071.0.

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpfprw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
