Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0
2.Extract hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpfrsw73.dll 0.3.0.0 and press Enter.
