Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4
2.Extract hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hppatusg01.dll 1.0.0.4 and press Enter.
