Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpz3lw71.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpz3lw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpz3lw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpz3lw71.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpz3lw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpz3lw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
