Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpzlew71.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
