Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzpm309.dll 2.240.0.0
2.Extract hpzpm309.dll 2.240.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzpm309.dll 2.240.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzpm309.dll 2.240.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzpm309.dll 2.240.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzpm309.dll 2.240.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
