Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpzppw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
