Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzprw71.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpzprw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzprw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzprw71.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzprw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzprw71.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
