Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzstw72.dll 0.3.7105.0
2.Extract hpzstw72.dll 0.3.7105.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzstw72.dll 0.3.7105.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzstw72.dll 0.3.7105.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzstw72.dll 0.3.7105.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzstw72.dll 0.3.7105.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
