Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpztbi09.dll 2.240.0.0
2.Extract hpztbi09.dll 2.240.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpztbi09.dll 2.240.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpztbi09.dll 2.240.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpztbi09.dll 2.240.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpztbi09.dll 2.240.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
