Using the zip or rar file
1.Download htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453
2.Extract htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453 from .zip. We recommend that you extract htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 htmlide70.bpl 7.0.4.453 and press Enter.
