Using the zip or rar file
1.Download htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1
2.Extract htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 htmlmm.ocx 9.0.2403.1 and press Enter.
