Using the zip or rar file 1.Download JCUTILGEM102K.dll 0.2.1.1
2.Extract JCUTILGEM102K.dll 0.2.1.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract JCUTILGEM102K.dll 0.2.1.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JCUTILGEM102K.dll 0.2.1.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JCUTILGEM102K.dll 0.2.1.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JCUTILGEM102K.dll 0.2.1.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
