Using the zip or rar file
1.Download JGFI500.DLL 5013.0.0.0
2.Extract JGFI500.DLL 5013.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract JGFI500.DLL 5013.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JGFI500.DLL 5013.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JGFI500.DLL 5013.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JGFI500.DLL 5013.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
