Using the zip or rar file 1.Download JISX0212.DLL
2.Extract JISX0212.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract JISX0212.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JISX0212.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JISX0212.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JISX0212.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 JISX0212.DLL and press Enter.
