Using the zip or rar file 1.Download JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30
2.Extract JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30 from .zip. We recommend that you extract JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 JVNBDoc.dll 1.5.2315.30 and press Enter.
