Using the zip or rar file
1.Download JascCmdExternal.dll
2.Extract JascCmdExternal.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract JascCmdExternal.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JascCmdExternal.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JascCmdExternal.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JascCmdExternal.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 JascCmdExternal.dll and press Enter.
