Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Jb4Instx.dll
2.Extract Jb4Instx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Jb4Instx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Jb4Instx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Jb4Instx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Jb4Instx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Jb4Instx.dll and press Enter.
