Using the zip or rar file
1.Download JetCrash.dll
2.Extract JetCrash.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract JetCrash.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JetCrash.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JetCrash.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JetCrash.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 JetCrash.dll and press Enter.
