Using the zip or rar file
1.Download JingshenControl.dll
2.Extract JingshenControl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract JingshenControl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JingshenControl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JingshenControl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JingshenControl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 JingshenControl.dll and press Enter.
