Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Joliet.dll
2.Extract Joliet.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Joliet.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Joliet.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Joliet.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Joliet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Joliet.dll and press Enter.
