Using the zip or rar file
1.Download javasup.vxd
2.Extract javasup.vxd from .zip. We recommend that you extract javasup.vxd to the installation directory of the program that is requesting javasup.vxd.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract javasup.vxd to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place javasup.vxd in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 javasup.vxd and press Enter.
