Using the zip or rar file 1.Download jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jcidGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
