Using the zip or rar file 1.Download jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jcinGEM102.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
