Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1
2.Extract jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jcmyk.dll 3,0,0,1 and press Enter.
