Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4
2.Extract jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jcutilGD2.dll 1.0.0.4 and press Enter.
