Using the zip or rar file 1.Download jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2
2.Extract jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jcutilGEM102KLCD.dll 1.0.0.2 and press Enter.
