Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769
2.Extract jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jdbc2.dll 7.0.0.8769 and press Enter.
