Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgargen.dll 5020
2.Extract jgargen.dll 5020 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgargen.dll 5020 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgargen.dll 5020.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgargen.dll 5020 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgargen.dll 5020 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgargen.dll 5020 and press Enter.
