Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgataol.dll 0238
2.Extract jgataol.dll 0238 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgataol.dll 0238 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgataol.dll 0238.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgataol.dll 0238 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgataol.dll 0238 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgataol.dll 0238 and press Enter.
