Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgea500.dll 5018
2.Extract jgea500.dll 5018 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgea500.dll 5018 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgea500.dll 5018.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgea500.dll 5018 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgea500.dll 5018 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgea500.dll 5018 and press Enter.
