Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgemgen.dll 5010
2.Extract jgemgen.dll 5010 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgemgen.dll 5010 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgemgen.dll 5010.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgemgen.dll 5010 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgemgen.dll 5010 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgemgen.dll 5010 and press Enter.
