Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgfigen.dll 5019
2.Extract jgfigen.dll 5019 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgfigen.dll 5019 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgfigen.dll 5019.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgfigen.dll 5019 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgfigen.dll 5019 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgfigen.dll 5019 and press Enter.
