Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgiqgen.dll 0148
2.Extract jgiqgen.dll 0148 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgiqgen.dll 0148 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgiqgen.dll 0148.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgiqgen.dll 0148 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgiqgen.dll 0148 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgiqgen.dll 0148 and press Enter.
