Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgmpgen.dll 5010
2.Extract jgmpgen.dll 5010 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgmpgen.dll 5010 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgmpgen.dll 5010.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgmpgen.dll 5010 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgmpgen.dll 5010 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgmpgen.dll 5010 and press Enter.
