Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgpd500.dll 5022
2.Extract jgpd500.dll 5022 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgpd500.dll 5022 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgpd500.dll 5022.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgpd500.dll 5022 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgpd500.dll 5022 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgpd500.dll 5022 and press Enter.
