Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgpwgen.dll 070
2.Extract jgpwgen.dll 070 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgpwgen.dll 070 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgpwgen.dll 070.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgpwgen.dll 070 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgpwgen.dll 070 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgpwgen.dll 070 and press Enter.
