Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgs2aol.dll 0388
2.Extract jgs2aol.dll 0388 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgs2aol.dll 0388 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgs2aol.dll 0388.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgs2aol.dll 0388 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgs2aol.dll 0388 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgs2aol.dll 0388 and press Enter.
