Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgsngen.dll 5021
2.Extract jgsngen.dll 5021 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgsngen.dll 5021 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgsngen.dll 5021.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgsngen.dll 5021 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgsngen.dll 5021 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgsngen.dll 5021 and press Enter.
