Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgtkaol.dll 0388
2.Extract jgtkaol.dll 0388 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgtkaol.dll 0388 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgtkaol.dll 0388.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgtkaol.dll 0388 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgtkaol.dll 0388 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgtkaol.dll 0388 and press Enter.
