Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0
2.Extract jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jpegim32.flt 96.9.16.0 and press Enter.
