Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1
2.Extract jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jpeglib.dll 1.1.FC1 and press Enter.
