Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jpnNTCFG.dll
2.Extract jpnNTCFG.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract jpnNTCFG.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jpnNTCFG.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jpnNTCFG.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jpnNTCFG.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jpnNTCFG.dll and press Enter.
