Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1
2.Extract jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jsapcnsl.dll 6404.4.14.1 and press Enter.
