Using the zip or rar file 1.Download jvrlog.dll
2.Extract jvrlog.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract jvrlog.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jvrlog.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jvrlog.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jvrlog.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jvrlog.dll and press Enter.
