Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KBDSW09.DLL 6.1.7600.16385
2.Extract KBDSW09.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 from .zip. We recommend that you extract KBDSW09.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KBDSW09.DLL 6.1.7600.16385.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KBDSW09.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KBDSW09.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
